Angger Adita Aulia
Founding RenRen Gushi Studio
In 2018, driven by her vision to democratize storytelling, Angger founded RenRen Gushi Studio under the banner “Angger Adita Aulia’s RenRen Gushi Studio.” Starting from a modest home office, she offered bespoke memoir services—interviewing clients, ghost-writing personal narratives, and designing keepsake books. Word spread quickly: families commissioning anniversary gifts, retirees seeking to preserve their life lessons, and young professionals wanting to articulate their personal brands. Within a year, the studio expanded into digital workshops, inviting participants nationwide to learn memoir writing, podcasting, and storyboarding techniques.
Personal Inspirations
Angger draws inspiration from a wide range of sources: the enduring wisdom of Javanese wayang kulit (shadow puppetry), the lyrical essays of European travel writers, and the intimate memoirs of contemporary global authors. Her travels—through Bali’s rice terraces, South Sulawesi’s lakeshores, and Java’s volcanic foothills—have enriched her understanding of how place shapes personal identity.
Signature Projects & Collaborations
“Cerita Desa” Anthology (2019): In collaboration with UNESCO Indonesia, Angger curated and edited a 120-page volume of oral histories from villages threatened by coastal erosion, donating all proceeds to local environmental initiatives.
“Gushi Singkat” Podcast Series (2020–2022)
A weekly five-minute podcast featuring flash stories submitted by listeners, produced and hosted by Angger. The show garnered over 50,000 monthly downloads and was nominated for a regional Podcast Excellence Award.
Corporate Brand Storytelling (2021)
Partnering with a Jakarta tech startup, Angger led a narrative rebrand—crafting founder origin stories, user testimonials, and impact case studies that boosted the company’s investor pitch engagement by 40%.
